the hotel is really close to san jose's estuary and bird sanctuary, making it a perfect spot for nature lovers, and it's also just a short walk to various art galleries like la sacristia art & history, letting you soak in local culture while enjoying leisurely strolls around the town.

The beach access was fantastic, providing great views.

The customer service was absolutely terrible. Nobody approached us when we arrived, leaving us to fend for ourselves. The drinks were horrendous and I actually felt sick after trying them. It made me question the quality standards of this resort, and I can't believe they even serve such awful liquor.

the check-in process was a disaster and no one seemed to care. they put me in a lesser value room and promised to change it later—what a joke. plus, the beach was a total no-go for swimming. honestly, I thought about giving a good review, but this place fell short of my expectations, shame on them.

My stay at Gr Solaris Lighthouse offered a good experience especially due to the adult-only beach-side pool, providing a serene atmosphere for relaxation. While the buffet dining lacked some flavor and variety, I found it enjoyable enough to satisfy my needs. Jared and Julio's aqua fitness sessions were a highlight, helping me unwind during my vacation. I cherished my time here despite minor dining shortcomings.

Family with children, be cautious

Got upgraded to a beach front corner room that had a private wrap around balcony, it was crazy nice! also had a super clean room kept well stocked by our friendly housekeeper, really added to the experience.
